The Shop jane iredale Assistant Manager provides team leadership and conducts all roles and responsibilities of a Beauty Advisor. This includes engaging with the team daily by motivating, supporting and coaching them. The role provides best-in-class customer service with expert product knowledge and order fulfillment support in processing orders to be delivered to customers. This is a full-time position located at our global headquarters in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.

- Create promotional kits
- Organize and replenish stock room

- Report technical issues with hardware and admin platform

The Marketing Coordinator will work across the team to support key functions and marketing initiatives including product launches, digital programs, and management of professional partners. The US Marketing Manager plays an essential role in the development and execution of the domestic marketing plan. This position supports the VP of US marketing and works closely with the US and Global marketing teams to create tools and resources needed to support sales and drive further brand success. jane iredale and the marketing team is headquartered in Great Barrington, MA. This is a Hybrid position with the ability work remotely at times.

Education and Experience:
The Clean Beauty Artist (CBA) is responsible to work closely with the Partner Development Coordinator, Territory Manager and Regional Director in assisting with makeup artistry, inventory review, merchandising, floor support, events, staff events and retail training. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Artistry and Education.
Makeup Artistry:
Must possess a minimum of intermediate makeup artistry skills and be comfortable applying makeup to consumers and partners. Must have a key understanding of the jane iredalebrand and products to feel at ease explaining and discussing key ingredients as well as the features and benefits.
Support:
The CBA will support scheduled events, floor support and training when needed by a National Account or a partner location. These events will be scheduled by the PDC or TM.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma required, AA or BA preferred.
2 years of Makeup Artistry experience in a retail environment.
